I have received degrees of Diploma Engineering (M.S. degree) in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University from Cluj-Napoca in 1981 and was awarded the PhD degree in Electrical Engineering by the same university in 1998. Since 1983 I have been with the Department of Basis of Electronics at the Technical University from Cluj-Napoca, Romania. I am currently a Professor and I give lectures on signals and systems, analog filter design.
My research interests are centered on analysis and design of electronic circuits, digital signal processing, mainly audio signals, room acoustics. I have published over 200 papers in journals, conference proceedings and have contributed in 12 manuals, books in my area of interest.
